It sounded and looked like you're supposed to be able to search for the "Space", and I had tried copying the link my instructor sent to my e-mail, but when I pasted it in the Search bar, it didn't find anything!! I know your pain!!
@@eulaliaschultz6074 From what I could figure out, first I added a Space, then I added a Person to that Space using their e-mail address. At this point, an e-mail is sent to that person asking them if they’d like to join my space, if they accept, then we can start Chatting. A little convoluted and certainly not self-evident, but I got it to work that way in the end. As for send links around, I’d have no clue how to proceed. I hope this little bit of info. helps.
@ Neo Picard Is she giving instructions for computer e-mail spaces to be created? It looked like it was supposed to be for the phone app, but I'm not sure. Also, if my instructor e-mailed me to say they created a Space for our class , and sent me a link to join...Should I be able to text them back and forth from my mobile phone via the Google Chat app? I may need to wait until I get to a computer!
