Loving your videos, as always. I have a couple of hanging plants in my kitchen. I'm too old and too short to take them down, so I just put newspaper on the floor and a big bowl underneath the flower pot and let the water run into the bowl. my bathroom has a West facing window in my shower so ive added a second shower rod and I keepmy plants hanging there- for people who dont wish to keep plants in the bathroom you can simply hang the hanging plants in the shower while you water them and just leave them hanging until the dripping subsides- if you are worried about the basket type pots getting wet- remember they are made for plants and as long as they have air to dry out they will be A OK!!

Yes, watering plants is very therapeutic! I don’t have any hanging plants really, but yeah it must be hard to water them without hurting their leaves. Nice and relaxing video as always, have a good weekend!

One thing I wanted to say spraying your plants isn’t good for them all the time, it blocks their chlorophyll from producing energy, I used to spray too but recently stopped
I put my larger plants on low stands over a big saucer. That way, the water will drain through, and the saucer can be removed after the drips stopped, and emptied. I found a lot of useful stands at thrift shops for this. You can also repurpose those metal cupboard risers for dishes in this way.

i have a question: does spraying your plants around your books ever cause the water damage and make the pages wavy? i adore your videos! and how incredible those cactus flowers looked even if just for one night
Thank you! I also use very fine spray and try not to do over book as much as I can. Actually most of the time i spray against the bookshelf. However the floor is always get bit soggy though🫣
For hanging plants, I hate damaging the leaves taking out of the hangers. So what I did was cut my hangers where they attached to the pots. Then I took little squares of wood, drill a hole in each corner, and tie the hangers to the pieces of wood and then set the pot on it like a little shelf. If you you use a large enough piece of wood you can get the plant on and off the little hanging shelf without hurting it. /\ /. \ /. \ ___________ I love your videos. I just got married and I like to you as a model for a good wife. ♥️
You can use watering spikes made of terracotta: water slowly seeps out of them and you can use a watering can to fill the spike. Since it is slow release, the amount of drip is low but consistent into the plant. Otherwise, there are commercial water storage "crystals" made of organic compounds that you can add to the soil that retain water and release it slowly. :)
En ce qui concerne les plantes suspendues je pose une soucoupe avec du gravier fin sous le pot , au fond du cache-pot. J’arrose délicatement pour ne pas que celà déborde(il y a parfois des accidents!) Il faut par contre arroser plus souvent et peu pour ne pas que substrat se dessèche et laisse filer toute l’eau qui coulerait au sol. Mais de temps en temps, il faut bien démonter la suspension 😊mais pas toutes les semaines. Vos plantes sont magnifiques,tout comme votre habitation.Bravo❤
hello! I have hanging plants but the hangers are clipped onto the pots itself. I water them in the bathroom and hang them there overnight for all the water to drain out, then I’ll hang it back up the next day :)

時間はかかるんですけど、その時間が癒しなので本当はずっとしていたいです笑 葉水は、平日仕事に行く日はバタバタするので毎日はできていないんですけど、朝時間が取れる日と週末はザーッとあげています🌿 毎日してくれよ〜という声が植物たちから聞こえてきそうですが、仲良く暮らしていると思っています笑
植物ある暮らしは、生活を豊かにするけれど、手入れも大変でしょう？
そして、お部屋や台所、物量は満載なのに常に整ってるのはお二人の努力の賜物ですね。
あと、音楽をスタートする演出はとてもいいですねぇー！
植物がたくさんあるとやはり管理が大変で時間がかなり取られてしまいストレスに感じたことがありました。(そしてそういう時はだいたい何かが枯れがち😭)なので、今は自分が楽しく育てられるように、手のかかるものをあまり増やさないようにしています！
相変わらず良い動画ですね。動画全体の雰囲気が何だかクセになる様な、なんとも言えない良さがありますよね。只々みていたくなる動画ですね😊

週末は我が家は朝6時頃になると子供部屋から子供達が寝室に向かって走ってくる足音とともに飛び乗って起こされる所から始まります笑 その後は朝食食べさせている間にうちは植物の代わりにウサギ、魚、亀、トカゲの餌やりでヒゲさんとわたしさんとおなじく気付いたら昼飯の買い出し時間でせっせと過ごしつつのんびりしてます笑
これから秋に向けてまた季節の変わり目を楽しみながら子供達と貴重な時間を大切にしたいです😊

いつも楽しく拝見しています。
吊り下げてる植物の水やり、我が家ではプラントハンガーに鉢を入れS字フックで吊り下げているのでそのままキッチンに持っていき、シンクの上に戸棚があるのでそこにS字フックでひっかけ水やりをします。
そうすると落ちてくる水もそのままシンクの中にいくのでキッチンに引っ掛けられるようなところがあるならおすすめです！

葉水が本に、、、こちらも気持ちすごくわかります！基本的に本棚にかからないように背を向けてしているんですけど、本棚の真横に置いていて鉢を動かすのがめんどくさい時は本にかかりすぎないよう、サッとスプレーするようにしています😅虫は、、、まだ悩まされたことはあまりないですね。ただ、室内で育てるので、植え替える時に虫がわきにくいように土を配合しています！

ハンギングの植物の葉が傷つきそうな感じとても分かります！なので普段はそのまま上から水やりをして、1-2ヶ月に1度、数時間水につけっぱなしの時間をとってあげています。
この方法で4年くらい育てているのですが今も葉がニョキニョキ生えています！
上からお水を上げた時にお水が垂れないようにするために、私は穴なしの鉢に入れているのですが受け皿とかあってもいいかもしれません。
専門家ではないのであくまで参考程度にです✨

ハンギングの鉢も上から水をやった後に流しの水にしばらく浸けておくといいですよ。
現在スコットランドの典型的な石造りの家にすんでいますが植物はうまく育ちません。東京にいた頃は日当たりのいい部屋でわんさか育っていて、あの日差しがほしいです。

place them all in the shower....use shower head...water accordingly..and let them drain in there...then place back in home..good..

アボカド🥑の皮やタネを同じように集めていたのですが
訳あって全部捨てる羽目になってしまいました。
(今まで冷凍庫で保存していたのですが
場所が無くなり、どうしようも無く)
どうやって保存しているのか教えて頂けると嬉しいです。
玉ねぎの皮はクーラーボックスにしまっていて、
これもパンパンになって来ています😓

アボカドの皮や種は乾っからに乾燥させてから、お米が入っていた袋に詰め込んでベランダで保管しています！(玉ねぎも同様です)
捨てることになってしまったということは、虫的な要素なのでしょうか、、、使うまではその袋を開けないようにしているんですけど、ちょっと覗いてみた方がいいのかと不安を感じました、、、笑

乾燥しても色が出ると言うことなんですね！
知りませんでした。草木染めの本には保管法は書いてなかったのです。😓

@@akiko8930 そうなんですね、確かに冷凍庫だけではスペース足りないですよね、、！
アボカドについて、乾燥しても色が出るか出ないかということについては、なにかを参考にしているわけではないので正直わからないです汗
わたしの場合、煮れば何かしら色は出る。ぐらいの感覚的な判断でするので、正直なところ生の状態と乾燥させたものとで色の出方は変わるかもしれないです。逆にそれを実験してみてもおもしろいかもですね。なんだか検証してみたいです、、、🫣
そんな風に実験的にトライして出てくる色を楽しむのが草木染めのひとつの楽しみだと思ってやっています！🌿

Hi! There’re not so many mosquitoes in our flat, but in general they are everywhere and we hate them so we use anti-mosquitos incense when it’s hot and humid! 🔥
Используйте не горшок а кашпо. Оно без отверстий снизу. Много керамзита на дно и не переливать растения. И не придется их снимать со стены и вынимать из корзины
