SUMMER HOLIDAY: CANTABRIA, a family road trip from Almería to the north of Spain!

This year, our 2022 summer holiday went to northern Spain, more specifically to Cantabria, but we also crossed the borders of this comunidad autónoma and saw something of Asturias and the Basque Country. Living in the south of Spain (San Juan de los Terreros, Almería, Andalucía) we see the sun more than enough and therefore sought fresher and greener places. A person is always looking for something he does not have. If you live in the arid south, you occasionally crave a hike through a dense deciduous forest.
