He gets with meg, he'd be having an affair. Gavin has already shown discomfort when people have joked about Ryan and Meg "being together" regardless of an inside joke. It'd ruin Gavin's friendship with Ryan and we already know that Gavin stops talking to ex's completely after a break up. and since they work together it'd be extremely awkward.. xDD Not saying anyone can't ship them.. Just think it's kind of wrong and weird..
