He’s not underused. He doesn’t wanna do more. He moved to Florida during covid to “start doing golf content and trying to go pro” and it lasted a couple months.

He chooses to be a bit more exclusive if you will. The best part is Barstool knows how big of a star they have, and let him grow at his speed. He doesn’t even do “gambling” content, but you can tell how much Dave respects him.

True story Im wearing my blue Barstool pull over a co worker comes up to me tells me he has never seen someone wear Barstool gear..I axed him who was his 2 fav Barstool Male & Female..He said Call Her Daddy Alex and Caleb Pressley..His interviews with that detective touch is gold.

As a viewer I gotta say, the interview ended up being gold! Not good. Gold. The satirical nature of the show blends perfectly with the seriousness of the interview and comes out looking f*cking genius! If he’d have tried to do his normal routine with Hasbulla it would have fallen short of having the same presence it has now. It’s amazing because it’s funny without even really trying to be. A lot of it’s almost like comical while they’re trying to be serious, and serious why their trying comical. Like the entire video portrays the hardened, ruthless little monster of his character, but reveals the truth of his soft, vulnerable, fragile nature.
This feels rare, can't believe I turned the original video before this interview, stupid ADD... We get the perfect amount of Caleb, but somehow its never enough, so gotta love listening to him speak casually

City they built in the 90s? My parents moved to Dubai in 1978. The city saw its greatest growth from the 90s onwards. It’s not some random city in the desert, all cities in the UAE are on the coast and have extensive beaches and waterways. Dubai doesn’t have its own food? Clearly this caleb guy didn’t go out to try any of the local food. The US was founded in 1776 and their “classic local food” (pizzas and burgers) were taken from other cultures.

I couldn't help but feel a bit annoyed and some second hand embarrassment during the interview. Hasbulla actually does have an anger and personal space/boundaries issue, and his handlers never scold him for it. Watching him physically mess with caleb beyond a joking level was just.. too much.

I hated this guy at the Hasbulla interview. Unnecessarily goofy and exaggerated facial expressions, two or three word questions... absolutely low quality garbage. When Caleb doesn't do his character, he seems genuine, smart and eloquent. It is sad that people seem to like the character so much and has become so big. I would listen to the 'real' Caleb interview people and enjoy it.

Granted Caleb seems like an amazing bloke but from the point of view of a Brit the humour hits the spot nicely. I watch all his interviews and I know absolutely fuck all about American sport.

He did, but I think maybe they were grabbing translators who either aren't native speakers or aren't familiar with regional dialects. Especially with deep Southern Russia where things start to kind of naturally get muddled with other languages. Though I am absolutely not an expert so I'm just blowing smoke I think haha, Dagestan is right there with Georgia and from what I've heard Georgian is about as similar to Russian as English is to Arabic 😂
