    Hello,
    Thank you for introducing me to Sta Green. Working for my lawn and definitely sticking with it
    I applied Sta green 20-0-0 on Sept 6th. I have both of the liquid lawn conditioning - clearance at Lowe’s too.
    I applied the 3 in 1 lawn conditioner in my ortho dial in sprayer today and it repeatedly clogged the sprayer. I had to keep stopping to unclog it- very frustrating and made it hard to spread evenly. I did shake it up quite well. I guess time will tell but was happy with the granular.
    Perhaps I’ll use a strainer next time to eliminate the particles.

    P.S. not sure where you are, but here on Long Island we're pretty high in phosphorous anyway, so I avoid it except for starter fert. Too much P in the rain runoff isn't good for the bay either!

    How much time between spraying a weedkiller and fertilizing? Our lawn has suddenly pickedup weeds (crabgrass and clover, from the fields nearby). Since we are at the end of July, is it too late to spray weedkiller and how much time before I can fertilize the lawn after that? Also do you spray ypur treatments before or after mowing. Really pleased with your informative channel here. Very glad to have found you! 😊❤ Thanks for the generous info!!!

    • @LawnAmateur
      @LawnAmateur  4 месяца назад

      You can spray 2 days before mowing or 2 days after mowing. You can apply weedkiller and fertilizer 24 hours apart. It's ok to treat weeds now. Spray early morning or later in the evening, not in direct sunlight if temps are above 90. Thank you for your support. I hope this information helps

    • @LawnAmateur
      @LawnAmateur  4 месяца назад

      @wgarrett6310 it's what you call a spoon feed. With both the Mutil nutrients and Lawn aerator. The direction says you can use between 0.5oz - 2oz is (max rate) of product. If you use the product at 2oz the 32oz bottle will only cover 800 sq ft.

      Milorganite is good as a supplemental or booster fertilizer, but it can't be the only fertilizer being used to maintain a lawn. If you're not sure what your lawn is actually missing, go with a basic fertilizer like a 10-10-10 or 13-13-13.
