Salad
Green Papaya, Banana Flower, Green Beans, Bean Sprouts, Carrots, Purple Wombok, Coriander, Mint, Thai Basil, Cherry Tomatoes, Capsicum, Radish.
Salad Dressing
2 parts Lime Juice, 2 parts Fish Sauce, 1 Part Raw Sugar, 1 big Garlic Clove, 1 Chilli.
Tempura Batter
1/2 cup Rice Flour, 1/2 cup Potato Starch, 1 cup Soda Water, 1 beaten Egg White, Salt.
Coconut Rice
1 Can Coconut Milk, 1 Can Jasmine Rice, 1 Can Water.
That salad is a meal on it's own

You say cheaper I think the word you mention to use is lighter. His lighter fishing gear still is over $1000 per setup.
Agree mate. To me it's a heaps more relateable style of fishing and something that most people can get down to their local rocks and do!

Definitely agree. People saying he's still got expensive outfits well cheaper setups would've caught the same fish on the day. The locations and styles of fishing are what makes these videos relatable informal and great to watch!

For sure, specially in dark. I got swept away once by a sudden big wave and nearly killed myself from it. Lesson learnt, N on same day a french guy near by got swept as well and unfortunately he passed away

That is a great little trick with attaching the soft plastic to the jighead, I tried it and it helped me a lot! Makes it look very neat every time!

Awesome video! Unreal using 10# braid in those areas. Love the cook section of it too - Asian inspired. That woman can cook. The salad looked crazy good too and with that Vietnamese fish sauce dressing should hit the spot.

Great video, Mulloway are such an amazing fish, this brings me back to about 2 years ago when I started to fish for mulloway and only got my first one last month.
Went out today and came home with a few snapper and cooked them up like the jewy but used beer over soda water. Sooo good! Today was actually the first time we used beer over the soda water and it was even better than ever.

Seeing the salad is reminding how I f-ed up and didn't grow Thai basil this year. I even saved seed from last year to grow this year. Bummer. I love summer where I live so I have tons of fresh herbs to cook with. Going to have to start my hydroponic herbs early this year.
