Do you guys have any videos on alpha channels? I have custom transitions with alpha channels and need them to transition from one clip to another clip with the custom transition in between. Haven't found a tutorial on it yet.

why can we not do the mapping in the output in mullimin
You can : in the "Output" popup, click the gear-icon next to your output.
