I think it's more important that the central rule is in the bisectrix of the interior angle that this is a right angle. Good video, thanks for doing it.
Did I miss something here? The lines you drew in the demonstrations at the end of the video clearly did NOT all meet exactly in the center. So what is the point of this tool if it doesn't produce accurate results? I'm not criticizing as much as I am trying to understand!
For exactly the right result, flats should be flawless, woods are not flawless cylinders. The result is fine since the plastic box is an almost perfect circle
