One question please. I have an OND and a BSC results, can I use both of them to apply for a post graduate diploma in a college in Canada to boast my chances of admission or I should apply with just my BSC result and certificate only? what is your advice please

Hey dear I am not sure if colleges in Canada accept ONDs. So you can go ahead and apply with your BSC but you can use your OND as part of your qualifications too just to strengthen your portfolio and application. And since it is a post graduate diploma, BSC is probably better to use.

Please I learnt that unlimited work hours was granted to students who applied on or before October 7th 2022. So for those students granted visa after that period, they are stuck with 20wks working hours

You frgt to mention working off terms lyk the long summer. + Winter break. with dat alone u can pay yr fees as an undergraduate. yr also get scholarship in yr second yr
Yeah during summer breaks people take crash courses so that they can use the rest of the semester to work.
But I personally still feel that might not still be enough for an undergraduate whose tuition is really high to pay tuition, support themselves and carry other financial burden that is associated with leaving in Canada as a student.
Scholarships are also competitive you know. So it is important to have a backup plan.
All of these still work hand in hand with the factors ℹ mentioned in the video.

You’re welcome. Yes there is always scholarships available for most studies. You just have to be intentional about finding them.

Hey dear there is really no specific amount. Tuition depends on how many credit load you are taking in a semester ie the number of courses you are taking in a semester, and the course (department) you are doing.

You can work as much jobs as you wish. But of course you know the implications.
Maybe I will just buttress the major implication. You might not be able to cope with many jobs honestly. Canada is a very stressful country my dear plus your academic tasks will be kicking you here and there. You won’t want to break down.
I think it's easier if someone has paid 1 yr full tuition or half, the transition will be much better.

Ma I applied to university of Regina and they have accepted my payment but my documents I uploaded they did not fill it in my application they only fill my passport and can I send it to their email again

Tuition vary from department to department and the number of courses you are taking in a semester. There is no precise amount.

If your mother died and leave you a house how do you declare that on the statement of purpose?
It will be part of your home ties, telling them you have a property in your possession given to you by your mother which you are in charge of... they will know it's something that will bring you back after school and also add the paper documents as part of your assets to your Proof of Funds. I hope this makes sense
As long as you can proof that the property now belongs to you, it can serve for home ties.

Hey dear you can find out from the department. Just send them an email. They will need to verify the equivalent of ND in Nigeria to their Canadian grading system. You might even need WES to evaluate that.
I have never heard someone say they came to Canada via direct entry though. It has to be fresh admission.
