Because what I've seen in the video it works pretty fine. And btw what does that have to do with @DD55 comment? 🙄
@Tiew met they're saying that the magnet thumbs only worked because the balls were magnetic, so if they weren't metal ball bearings he wouldn't be able to use the magnets and would have to use the spin lock

@@ruben307 if he remade it he could've made the balls wooden, to work around the metal thumbs mishap.

What would have blown his mind is a double red herring using the locks and a SECOND key.
Kudos to Wes, that was genius to plan the mechanics for that. I for sure thought the bolts into the base bored was to throw you off.

Oddly, I think I enjoyed this the most out of all the puzzles. It just felt so spesial. I can imagine Wess standing off camera smiling ear to ear.
I am glad there was not a deck of cards inside.imo that idea is getting a little old.chris owns many decks. I am sure he even thinks ahhh another deck of cards i will never use
