I just watch your video about risk matrix that is awesome the way you teach and make us understanding the topic that is awesome I salute to your teaching methodology really I haven't seen any topic detailed in such an exclusive way of teaching.
Sir as you gave an example where you said that a worker is working at height so him working at height is a hazardous event,so my question is this if that worker uses proper fall arrest system and take all necessary actions to prevent fall then in this case can we call it a hazardous event when he has taken all necessary control measures?
@@jawadafridi1726 hazardous event sometimes also referred as unsafe act. If the worker follows all safety procedure then him working cannot be classified as a hazardous event but if the worker violates any one of the safety procedure/practice his act would be called unsafe
You had done really very good but I have doubt during the preparing risk assessment I think consequences is first column and second is likelihood it's mean Risk =Consequences*Likelihood please clear my doubt
Sir in scaffolding example why the consequences not reduce in one case worker had wears safety harness but in other case he had not wear.i think by using PPE consequences must reduce.
Even if the worker is using full body harness the injury that he will suffer from if he falls from the height remains the same because the height is not reduced. Therefore, the consequence does not change

There are two types Hot work permit And cold work permit All the permits that you have mentioned such as excavation,work at height etc come under the category of cold work permit.
