I never understood the appeal of slimes until I started getting stressed at work. These slime videos are one of the few things that truly relax me nowadays. I'll probably buy one soon, so thanks for this video on affordable ones.
I've noticed a big difference in quality with slimes that are store bought vs small business made. The small businesses have better quality and their slime seems more soft.
Hence why their prices are more expensive too, compared to the store bought ones.
Thought this was common knowledge

That first one that cotton candy slime I actually have several of them if you continuously work with it and just keep needing it back-and-forth and just pulling and stretching and pulling and stretching as if you were to do cloud slime or icy slime it will actually get really really soft and really puffy and it will kind of resemble clouds time

When I was younger I got the same rainbow glow slime. It came really under activated but becuase I was little and I didn’t know too much about slime I couldn’t do anything about it and just threw it away. I’m jealous that Carmen’s came so good 😭.

Some of the store bought slime are actually improving! Once I bought a store bought slime, it was all rippy and stiff like it was over activated. I bought a store bought slime once again and it was really stretchy and squishy but kinda putty like.

Not a huge fan of store slimes, they feel too chemical and weird to me, even in video, idk why but they give me a toxic vibe 😵💫 but love your reviews anyway! 💖 Hope to see you reviewing Retro Slime, Pilot Slime and/or SoftPunk slimes soon, their stuff always seems so interesting ^^
Hello carmen I have a slime hack! So if you hit the bottom of a slime container (store bought) and it bounces that means it will be very tough and hard / not easy to stretch but if it doesn’t bounce that means it will be stretchy and soft

A few notes about my PlayDoh Bubble Fun Super Cloud (grape)
1. It was kind of stretchy but there was some bead fallout.
2. It did not have a spice in the grape scent, and I actually kinda liked it.
3. It did give some nice crunches but it was a little hard to get some good bubble pops in this slime.
Giving this slime an entire 7/10(?).
I got it and it was a 7.5/10. I agree with you but I just love the asmr so much. Idk if that’s accurate because it’s my third slime evr
The best store bought slimes I got was the Animal Party pack. There was 2 crunchy slimes, a bingsu and a semi floam. They weren’t the stretchiest, but I added softener.
The Rainbow glow will dry out really easy if you play with them for a few minutes (I have the slimes and the green one might mold)

So, I had a Play doh cloud slime that was actually cloud. It came with this weird blue liquid on the top that I think was supposed to be the coloring. When mixed in the slime was really pretty. It was a decent slime texture for store bought. However, it stiffened up really quickly. If you buy one of the play doh clouds make sure to have glycerin on hand.
I put water. It was sticky at first, but then it became a nice texture

I got the rainbow glow slime and shared it with my younger cousin. It was exactly as you said. I mixed pink purple and yellow to make a nice pink, and the green and blue (which my younger cousin got) turned into an aqua that leaned over to the green side. I loved it so thank you for trying it out

You probably won't see this comment but I noticed you do a lot of Five Below slimes. I got one a while back by SlimeGloop. The slime is purplish blue that has blue glitter in already and it comes with clear beads, purple glitter and bingsu beads as add ins. I wish I would've seen you review this slime because I feel like I got cheated. The fall out is insane but maybe you know of a way to fix it. If you happen to find it and review it, I'll see what you suggest and try it out
Is the slime “jiggly” like more of a water based jiggle slime? If so, not much to do :( if it’s more putty or ‘hard’ or anything that doesn’t look like it has a lot of water/supper jiggly, not much you can do:( even if you add a water/jiggle slime to a homemade base, it just makes that base that type of texture, no stretch, won’t hold beads etc. if you DONT have a jiggle/high concentration of water in the slime- add glycerine or lotion! It will soften it and make it hold a little better & stretchy!
Glycerine can be brought at Walmart, Walgreens, sometimes CVS, online etc! There’s small $4 bottle and bigger $8 bottles :)

Tip for softening slime:
Add toothpaste but don't add too much just add like a pea sized drop of toothpaste at a time if not it will melt
