I never cared to read the actual values of the Little Evie. I was aware of "it gives CD on kill" but that's about all I knew.But ... 70% CD on any kill? And 120% on crit kill? For 6 seconds? Stacking? That's a lot of cooldown. Jeeperz.
in addition, you can get bonus on kill in anyway (like with grenade) if you hold Evie in the hands
melee maya seems nice due to all the cc she has with her action skill
yeah it looks like it's gonna be fun the more i play the character
