I guess the first native was born somewhere in late 1986.
The reason why I say this is because I know a native's chart who has the same planetary placement except for the moon. Of course, the nakshatras and vargas would be different, but just looking at the D1 seems so.
One more very powerful technique I learned and have seen working in many charts is the Vivah Saham method of timing marriage. In this we need to add the degrees of Lagna lord and 7th house lord. The sign and degrees one arrives after adding them up is the Vivah Saham for the native. When Jupiter transits over or aspects Vivah Saham or Vivah Saham lord it triggers the event of marriage or events leading to marriage.
It can happen in D1 or D9 or both.

12th house is the beginning of a relationship between it’s the end of celibacy due to how the 6th house is the house of celibacy. Anahita Rao had a great video about this.

This year I have transiting Jupiter to my seventh Lord, this year also is my seventh Lord dasha time, and right now my seventh Lord conjunct my seventh Lord.
