- This recipe is perfect for the cold weather or even a starter meal.
The whole family loves this soup and is regular on our dinner list.
Ingredients:
250g beef mince
1 tsp Vegeta
2 tsp seven spices
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp dried mint
Handful vermicelli pasta
1 ltr water
Salt and pepper to taste
