Makes me proud to say I was taught over 10 years ago I was trained and still continue to remove the head from the grinder and the mixing paddles every night!!
Thanks for the video, the first monday on december of 2022, im going to start at this type of job, cleaning the machine at nights, the supervisor told me many dangerous issues during interview, probably to quit before to start but i need the jon and i have no idea what kind of work apply, but lets see, i will learn
What chemicals do you use for each process?? I'm starting up my meat processing for home use on my farm.. Degreaser, sanitizer, oil to do the machines in the morning etc... I appreciate any specific information you can help me out with... Sincerely, Dave
Well on the meat case it’s more than just Putting the meat out. Needs to be carefully done by rotating what goes out first and last. Maybe he doesn’t trust any one to do it as good as he does. Someone could put the wrong stuff out first, has happen to my meat case before
Depends on the market manager's expectations, but typically, the real process is breaking down the entire equipment. I know when I worked in a market, my manager was pretty chill and didn't mind us leaving the blade on it.
Break down the machine and put that shit in the sink at 140° instead of spraying everywhere like a heathen put the scrubbed parts in a cart spray once to soak in soap spray two hot ass water on the machine itself.cutting boards gnaw son put that ontop of the sink with back and front slathered in bleach paste and then skrub the fk out of it.
This is literally my job at Thrifty’s. It’s fun to see someone else working the exact same type of job on RUclips haha
I work at Hostess factory. Just transferred to sanitation, I love it. These videos are helpful. Thank you.

Notice his hardly getting wet and doing a perfect job
I’m a meat wrapper. Our manager only lets clerks wrap. We’re not allowed to touch the case. He’s too controlling about that.

Damn we don't break down the saw like this with taking teh whole blade off. We just use the hose and a brush to clean everything off.

0:07 Ken really really doesn't want to be in this video. Look at that expression. I'm guessing you snagged him up during lunch break
Oops
This is a terrible video for sanitation program. There is multiple mistakes but the major one is PPE
You gotta rinse the chemicals off before you sanitize man lol wtf you doing
