Hi, I don't have the option "add new payrun'. All that's showing are previous years' payruns with many missing in between because the company outsourced payroll services to an external accountant. Now I'm employed in house and I'm seeing old payruns with no option to add new.

Can you change a payrun already posted in the previous year, i tried to run a payrun with one employee then go in and do the same period at our year end 31 March with the others but their payslips are showing month 1 and in April I need these to go into the previous year and inform HMRC for PAYE/NIC as it RTI has went into the new year also?. It wont let me revert back for some reason?. Thanks in advance

You won't be able to change it if either the period is locked or you have reconciled the bank payments in your bank feed.

I accidentally put a years worth of payruns as unscheduled and now I have duplicate pay runs. One with employee earnings as they should be and other with employee earnings as 0 is there anyway to delete the duplicated payruns or merge them properly?

You can revert any pay run you like back to draft as long as you haven't reconciled it in your bank feed.

can any company delete the 8 month previous payrolls..??which you already paid tax for that??

Probably not a great idea considering you need to keep financial records in case you get audited. Why do you want to delete the records?
