That orange durian is called Manakuka in Palawan, Philippines 🇵🇭. It grows wild in the jungle. Palawan has a lot of native fruits that aren’t found in other places in the Philippines. Most of the wild fruits in Borneo and Sarawak are found in Palawan. That Engkalak is called Bagnolo in the Philippines. That is a very bad idea if you eat too many fruits. Fruits contain a lot of fructose and will spike your blood sugar badly, which in turn will lead to high insulin levels and with time, weight gain. Eat a balanced diet.
