I am always disappointed by the France festival booth. It should be the best, but always falls short. You should have seen our salmon vol au vent. Fishy salmon (one small bite), a very tiny blob of spinach, and no sauce at all. No sauce. I always come away feeling ripped off.
I feel like you skipped over the biggest part of the festival, which is the visual art. You didn't talk about the artists and new art at all. While I'm sure there is a reason why you don't show the art I do wish you would talk more about it than the food. So many of the other festivals focus on the food and this one to me is more about the art.
Poor Breedlove -I love him - but of course he was stuck fighting his way through the merchandise maniacs. Not exactly plant based friendly- I am not full vegan but I don’t eat meat or dairy -I could eat the bread in Morocco . I always complain about how much they rely on beyond products, but that is better than nothing at all. 😂😂😂😂
You need to hire someone different than the girl in the pink hat when she reviews food. “Oh it’s good”. Okay what does it taste like? Is the blt too meaty please tell us. Everything is “just good”. That doesn’t make me trust her.
