You could make a cartoon show with this, however bear in mind that you can't make characters up or invent actions - you would have to use the characters and actions provided. You could watch this video of mine which reviews all the characters you'll find in Create Studio: ruclips.net/video/-wx2y1xizjc/видео.html So if you don't mind choosing from the characters shown in the above video, or using pre-set actions (there are quite a broad range) then you could make a cartoon show no problem. In addition there are a ton of backgrounds and scenes to use to place your characters in, sound effects, and voices. Also you could try it out and if you find you can't achieve what you want you can return within 30 days. Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any more questions.
