I watched Megadeth live in 2011 and Glenn Drover didn't quite played the drumlines like Menza does,. It was like he ommited dozens of notes and ghost notes Menza played in the album.

Not true. Their best albums was created during the RIP era, end of story. "Killing Is My Business" and "Peace Sells" were sloppy compared to RIP and CTE.
