New details continue to come out about the Rafah strike including allegations that a Hamas truck filled with munitions detonated causing the fires to spread rapidly. A few days ago Hamas claimed they had captured Israeli soldiers alive but that's yet to be definitively proven. An engagement at the Rafah border left an Egyptian soldier dead and the US says the Gaza pier is still operational.

If you've never seen Israel commit war crimes then you literally have had your head in the sand for several decades. Israel's ongoing crimes and atrocities against Palestinians has been extensively documented for decades by every human rights group, independent UN investigators, journalists, Israel's own courts, etc etc. Do some basic research dude. They have killed about 30 times as many civilians as Hamas did on october 7th. And they were killing palestinians pretty much every day last year BEFORE the Hamas attacks.

Excellent analysis Preston, you correctly make note of the differing accounts and possible causes.
You always hit the nail in the head but many times your videos come out like 1 hour after Israel publishes a statement, it makes sense tough because of your location and the time difference, Israel just published that it was apparently Hamas rocket storage,
Btw, not sure if you can account for the time difference but most days Israel will release information around 17:00-18:00 on our time (GMT +3), it’s the evening and most people go home around that time and from my experience that’s usually when most news come out, unless there are other major developments and then it can be around 21:00
Amazing example of "Here's what's being reported", "Here's what the sides are saying about it", "Here's what I have independent evidence of, what CAN be verified", "Here's what my experience says MAY or MAY NOT have happened , and why", "Here's what we DON'T know and CAN'T verify (yet)", and "I'll tell you when I have more pertinent (credible) information". I wish all my "news" sources, foreign or domestic, worked like that. Thanks.
Hi Preston, I heard in the media in Israel that an American weapon was found in Gaza in Jablia. I heard that it is an M112 weapon system(i didnt search what it was) that the United States supplies to Egypt. Do you know anything about it?
It could have come from Afghanistan and all the equipment biden left there..but who knows
They found a single block of explosive material, made in like 2005, originally sold to Egypt. I don't think it's that significant, really.
Its nice when the world is at peace and Algeria wants to find 'justice', while all the UN members are singing kumbaya. But since the west is facing 2 wars, I do not care what Algeria has to say about jack squat. They need to sit down and shut up.

5:46 that is absolutly NOT an Israeli gear.
Point of order- there are no Palestinians in Gaza, they are Egyptians just because Egypt doesn't want them anymore doesn't mean that's not where they all came from.
Gaza Strip was Egypt until 1967. Egypt accepted Israel's offer to give them back the Sinai but completely refused Gaza
5:42 this is not an IDF issued gun
The strike was technically not inside of a dedicated humanitarian zone and the fact that hamas was within a tent encampment is quite literally their civilian shield strategy.

I like to know if they recognise the Palestinian state. Which Palestinian governance do they recognise?
With now over 50 tunnels in Gaza identified as going into Egypt I wouldn't think it be surprising if a soldier of Egypt near the border may have been paid off or a could even have possibly been a opritive of hamas.

Perhaps if Egypt had not allowed terror tunnels between Rafah and Sinai there would have been no need for all the mess since 7/10. Thanks its a messy situation, hard to know what really have happened.
I know this will fall on mostly deaf ears in this comment section: but whether you are convinced it was Israel’s bombs or Hamas fuel that caused this fire, doesn’t really matter. Numerous reports of a strike in Al mawasi 2 days later that killed 21. Airstrikes in the past, like one in jabaliya targeting one Hamas official that killed like 50 civilians. This kind of shit keeps happening. It seems to Israel that civilian casualties are a distant low priority and they are reacting to this one incident cause it provoked such visceral backlash. Abd if you’re still convinced that this is all cause Hamas is always too close to civilians, then what is the point of continuing to prosecute the war this way. Israel might destroy most of Hamas (but likely not all of it) and in turn it will lose the world. It will win militarily and lose strategically.

7:05 Uh, no. Just because it is possible that Israeli special forces could be using those weapons does not mean (1) that they do or (2) that Hamas told the truth. That is not an argument supporting Hamas's claim but an argument that the argument against Hamas's claim cannot be relied on 100%.
