  • Hi friends! I am glad to share with you the process of making a simple wooden bed from poplar wood. This bed is a single size and I also coated it with tung based oil (clear seall). This bed was made as a gift, so I used some poplar wood I had that I cut down about 4 years ago. It's not a perfect tree, but I tried to show its texture in all its glory!

A LAMELLO in a Festool Systainer. This man knows no rules,no limits, only chaos and anarchy! Nice bed build :)

Nearly all my makita tools sit in festool containers. It's always fun to surprise people on jobsites. 😁

That table saw needs no safety features because it's SO old-school and looks SO terrifying, that people naturally treat it with respect...IF they're brave enough to use it. Great content.

Very nice work and end result. I like the concept of the legs. It leaves good space for storage underneath.

I love the simplicity of the bed, but to be on the safe side maybe you should support the slats in the middle.

    Beautiful, but have l doubt.
Won't it be too weak at the mid region without a spine?

I thought about it but decided to check with the mattress, it's fine so i didn't add the reinforcement in the middle
