Italy would definitely still join the Entente here. They may have already gotten those usual demands against Austria-Hungary after that empire's collapse, but restoring German Austria as a buffer for their northeast against Germany proper and taking Hungary's Adriatic coastline to link up Italian Dalmatia with the mainland are both highly enticing strategic goals that help guarantee this Italy's security and dominance.
Sequel to the 1st scenario: Komintern: Legacy of the Weltkrieg. Although idk if this Russia would remain united under red ideology or not (in this scenario).
