Ship lvl 12 but not needed. A -2cd ship speeds the stalling up though. The support on Enel is not needed, can just remove the bind with nami/usopp swap instead. Leo and Mr.3 just speed the cds of Nami/usopp and doffy up. Not needed, just stall more. You should leave stage 3 with the same cd on doffy and nami/usopp as me! Trying to build a doffy v2 team without blackbeard and burgess right now. Until then: no replacements.
