I noticed a trend in current music with talented performers like this one and others like the Swimming Tapes, Far Caspian, Phantom Youth, Semiwestern, and Jessica Pratt. They tap into the spirit and the sound of the past, performing it without being derivative, repetitious, or too noisy. It's been so nice having all these beautiful songs to pass away the time with. The song, Believing is playing now as this is written. Being only the second time hearing it, I can say it's another grower, for sure.
