Heartland is definitely the best family show ever. I loved the story line between Ty and Amy, it shows that destiny finds its way. I also loved the story line of Amy, what courses of life she had to go through and how she worked with the horses to carry on her mother's dream. I definitely loved horses since i was a kid, especially growing up in a small town, so i would read tons of info on horses, as,well as books, and loved movies and shows based around horses. Now just waiting for season 11.
Heartland has been a huge part of my life since I was eight, its been my favourite show for years and nothing has ever come close to it. I still nag my mum when the new season release dates comes through and I'll scream whenever I actually get it. I can memorize every season and I love every episode. I found this show in April of 2017 and am watching these shows every chance I get and I love the family and love relationships it's the greatest show I have ever seen!!! When I finish the shows I'll watch it all over again and I never do that but this is the best ever... #whyiloveheartland ,.. reminds me of the days of working with horses bring back so many good memories of the ranch life even though it was a volunteer position in my high school year's love every minute of working there which made me into a better worker and much better person than what I once was but the main part I like about heartland is it's family oriented which you don't see family dinner or lunch at the dining table on TV anymore really think the last actual family dinner at a table in shows or movies was little house on the prierie and the Walton's when TV was good and clean this is like a new comeback for clean family TV series watching it on Netflix again starting season 1 til season 12 comes out in the USA
I HAVE A GREAT IDEA FOR A FUTURE EPISODE !; So Ty is in Mongolia and before he went Jack said that he was worried Ty might not come back in one piece. This idea is part of that because Ty said he was stay safe but was thinking you could do an episode were Ty gets some life-threatening disease ( such as diphtheria ) and has to come home. I think this would be great because i think people would love to see how Amy and the family react to the news and what they would do to save him. I also think this would be a moment for the audience to connect and feel empathy for the Heartland family and show that its not all fun and games ( playing with horses and doing amazing things) but give them a change of thought like " whats gonna happen?" or "will he be OK ?" please please please some one email or contact the creators of heartland and tell them about this idea. Its my birthday and all i want is for someone to listen and take action. Heartland is my most favorite show EVER and I think it would be a shame for it to end. I want Heartland to go on for many seasons to come and hope someone listens. I'm only 11 years old but I think like my mother ( very thoughtfully ). everything here hits the mark of why I love the show but MY reason why I love the show is because it reminds me of the bond I shared with Rosa, my childhood Appaloosa. Every day I'd worry over her if she got sick, treat even the smallest cuts like they were major wounds, and sleep up in the loft not too far from her stall that way I could ride her early each morning. Unfortunately she passed away on my fourteenth birthday from old age but she was still a great horse. This show reminded me of those times, especially the moments between Amy and Spartan, and how that bright red, almost cherry red, appy was always my dynomite mare. Of course the characters are just amazing, my favorites being Jack, Amy, and Ty, and a lot of them remind me of people in my own life. Jack reminds me of my uncle who took Rosa in, Amy is spot on my cousin Jessie, and so on and so fourth. Obviously, like Amber said, I love seeing what kind of horse they get to fill certain roles, such as the horse they got for Gallant prince, because it's like a guessing game of what horse breed that named horse is gonna be. Overall I love the show for many reasons but my main one being it reminds me of when my horse was alive.
