Yes bro, bikes are available but due to the taxi service being affected for the last few months, they are legally banned but they are available illegally but they charge you a lot of money, you will have to pay 1500-1700 rupees for a normal bike.
So the best option is to rent a bike from Coimbatore and go to Ooty, it will be cheap and the best too because the way to Ooty is also very beautiful and you get to see many views and small waterfalls which you cannot see properly from the bus.
