    It's really nice. I have one dought. Is this sugar paste you `are using is edible. I mean can I use for the butter cake or any other cake other than a dummy cake . and you said on these programs we have to add tylose or CMC if we using any other sugar paste. Is that edible then and isn't that dry the icing. (I'm a beginner)

      Sujeewa Surendra me too so i made the mix of gum paste and fondant...and after 2 weeks its still cutable and edible and tasts ok....BUT DONT EVER PUT LUSTER IN YOUR MOLD...IT WILL BE THERE FOR EVER...SERIOUSLY DO NOT DO THAT...USE THE CORN FLOWER SUGAR MIX IN 2 NYLON SOCKS...THERE ARE AT LEAST THREE VIDEOS ON U TUBE ON HOW TO MAKE A GOOD ONE.

    Is sugar paste the same as fondant or gum paste

      Hi Nancy. Sugarpaste and fondant are the same! In the UK roll out icing we call sugarpaste. USA and in many other countries it is called fondant. Gumpaste is a stronger paste usually for flower making. It has gum tragacanth added, so it can be rolled thinner and dry quicker and harder.
