Love that you tested the time saved as well :D
I thought of doing so myself, but I guess now I don't have to. One thing to consider as well is that you'll need time to get your folder out of your closet and set it all up.
So it might be worth waiting until you have 30 shirts ready to be folded :'D

Seems like there are 3 moving/folding flaps, and one stationary piece. Can you add a conveyor belt(or something similar) to push the folded clothes along, just before the loop resets? Maybe you can place it over a table, and the folder shirts/tees just fall into a neat stack.

You could easily use a piece of cardboard to glue around the motors, making a base which you could then fix to the base platform. And with enough epoxy and a tube that fits over the shafts, you could make a replacement for the couplers. Good luck man! Let me know if you need any help.

However the complete solution has to require a redesigned dryer to separate then spit out one garmet at a time, recognize it and feed it into a folder. A robotic arm wirh a sensor grabs and removes one at a time and removes it and puts it in the folder. That arm has to be able to have a camera to see and pull out every piece. The problem is loading in the garmet and stretching it out and probably the best waynisnwith a puff of air which requires compressors which are loud. These need to run in silence. If bound by the width of two machines side by side, then the max width of the auto folder is are these dimensions. A version has to be made for side by side and stacked. Rather than a folder, actuated rollers should be used. Good job!
