This popped up in my RUclips feed from a channel I didn't know, but Che Charlie's passion for food and creating memories through it had me hooked! The cinematic storytelling was awesome, like a Buzzfeed Feature come to life (but better) lol
What a beautiful, inspirational video. I can honestly relate to a lot of this my grandmother was everything to me! Very honest and raw! It is never too late to find your passion!
I enjoyed dining at Clover Hill a few months ago...the meal was exquisite! The flavors, the service, and the ambiance were delightfully memorable. Definitely a dining experience! And Chef Mitchell was gracious when we asked to take a photo with him.
Your lucky. I grew up cooking with my mom in a restaurant from 13 to 19. Mom always said don’t go in the food business because there’s no money in it. I’m 66 now and I took an online course from escoffier. But I had a motorcycle accident before I finished the class and a couple of years later I clicked on some bread recipe and the school called me I told them I was going and had the accident and lost my right leg. They let me finish the course
This chef is just like me, started late, felt behind in comparison to the other cook, didn't know about stage of stars, and fell in love with it
