Merci, c'est grâce à votre vidéo que j'ai pu démonter le poste de ma Dacia Sandero Stepway pour récupérer le code authentification. Le poste d'origine a été changé en 2016 et ils n'avaient pas noté le nouveau code dans le carnet d'entretien. Après un problème de batterie, le code authentification m'était demandé. Heureusement, en démontant le poste, le code authentification était noté dessus. Je n'ai donc pas eu à faire les démarches supplémentaires avec le pré-code pour récupérer les 4 derniers chiffres !!

Be careful not to try to extract the external ring. Take out the whole panel in order to prevent from braking the pins of the external thin panel.
How about put a front camera in a Sandero Techroad 2019?

The install guide will instruct to use some rust prevention paint before install the rubber grommet. Asa e. In manualul de instalare apare un pas suplimentar cu aplicarea unei substante antirugina. Nu poti pune tot pasii de acolo pe un video. Il faci de 3 ore :))
does the new media nav of the 2017 models have the rear camera activated, even if the Dacia model is without camera fitted?
No. The camera input have to be activated with the CLIP service tool. Check the last part of the video for the camera activation.
2019 who does the clip service tool as Dacia say it has to be fitted at factory and cannot be fitted retrospectively and they won't supply camera etc

You need an additional cable for medianav 2 that replaces the cable from initial kit from the camera to the medianav! Applicable to all dacia models.

Si unde este tratamentul pentru rugina.... Acolo e focar de rugina. Dupa 2-3 ani apare si nu mai ce oprii...
Sa sti ca si eu am observat ( era obligat sa protejeze acea zona) si am montat si eu dar acea zona am protejat-o cu spray de zinc .
Instalarea camerei dureaza in mod normal cam o ora si jumatate si ea a fost restransa, in acest video, la circa 10 minute. Este normal ca unele detalii sa nu apara.

It would have been Nice to see what the Fitted Camera looked like after it was installed, Also at the end maybe rather than Generic music if you’d told us what you were doing (although I gathered it was perhaps a software installation) It would just have made the whole thing a bit better, Also changing the pins in the connector too to power the camera, or for the picture from the camera, Just finishing touches missing 😕
You have to keep in mind that this video is an addition to the official Dacia install guide for this accessories.
Actually you should be able to install this, ONLY using that guide. There you can find there all the details that are missing here.
This video purpose is to be a helping tool for the Dacia technicians. This installation is not a DIY job. Cheers!

You only can use a Hi/Low adapter, or replace the OEM audio unit.

You can buy the camera from any Dacia dealership. They should be able to activate the camera input.
