I love the honest and out of the box experience in the video. Can't wait to see more!

Man, Anbernic's come a long way since this released

Their "more affordable" options have definitely improved but it's their higher-priced stuff that apparently performs really well.

@@koztech Yeah their more expensive devices are definitely very capable, but I think there's also some strong competition once you pass the $150 mark like the RG556 does. I'd actually argue that Anbernic's newer budget-friendly devices are more outstanding overall compared to the competition. Miyoo Mini / Miyoo Mini Plus aside, the only reason I'd even consider recommending a different brand under the $70ish mark is if low cost was the #1 requirement.

@@koztech In any case, nice video! I liked your opening; it's nice to have size comparisons to things like the famicom/NES controller.

Thank you! I try. At some point I'll have an update. Not just to this video but for other handhelds..

It's a bad emulator. 8 and 16-bit games are loaded in to RAM before the emu starts. SD card speeds are only a problem with big games like CD based systems. Try a different firmware like "ROGUE firmware for RG300X".

Probably, but still disappointed. You shouldn't have to load up 3rd party firmware for your out of the box product.
