Everything you say in this clip is so true. It seems like a lot of sax players have decided to learn about the business and very little about the artistry of playing the horn. So many guys are out there playing without having a strong foundation of the fundamentals.
His sound-voice commands attention from the first note. It's personable , if I may, and individualised. Yet another musical son of John Coltrane is alive and 'smoking'.
