- I head down to my local Ben Burgess dealership, Europa Way, Norwich to check out the John Deere 6250r, i also have a look at a 6195r, a 6830 premium, a 6920s, a 6110r and a 6200, thanks for watching!

John Deere 6900 and 6200 spent a long time in both. More winter tractors than summer unless you were lucky enough to have air con ! Otherwise it was a long slog in a hot cab ! Still got a soft spot for the 6900 modern classic!

Used the 6155r for last year carting compost and it’s an amazing peace of kit!
I miss our two 6400 too. These tractors are undestroyable.

In Louisiana for sugar cane we use hi clears tractors like 7330 hi clear and 7410 hiclear and 6150 rh hi clear

For years people bought Deere for the name. Some still do and no amount of technology interests them because they buy M and E tractors in basic form. Deere was complacent of this and fell far behind in tech while Agco surpassed them in quality and technology. This year Deere released front PTO in the US for the 1st time. They still don’t offer wide tires for most models. If you search used Deere’s in any model online, it’s a needle in a haystack to find one with IVT, front suspension and brakes, premium cab with suspension and CommandArm. Those options are still super rare in the US and Europe which might mean Deere customers don’t care about technology.

6830 premium is 167 horsepower max on the engine. As far as im aware a 6930 is 180

What are these plates you speak of
You know you said that the tractors are 50k and 40k by looking at the hubs, what do you look for, is 50K hubs bigger than 40k hubs?
Hi Walter, yes a 50kph tractor will generally have slightly bigger hubs, it’s a subtle difference but you can spot it
@@OllysFarmLtd thats just the the most stuppid thimg i ever heard whe have 2 t7040 nh's one 50k and one 40k and hubs are the same and whe allso have 2 7530's jd tractors 1 40k and one 50k same dam deal just the same hubs

@@jeffreyhollink985 there's bigger hubs on 50k tractors. Bigger circumference and deeper for the front brakes.

valleyboy I think a lot of it depends on your dealer, we have always had good service from Tallis Amos and John Deere.
