the corpse explosion bit is very weird because it's explosions DID used to work at one point, earliest i can remember it working was around verse 1.. wonder when exactly they broke the talent.
pretty sure it broke when they merged the corpse explosion talent with the talent that makes bodies burn 2x as fast. i know it worked for the majority of verse 2 so far

I might be bugging, but it seems like burn damage actually scales LESS with azure flames than it does regular flames right now. after the 10/31/2024 update that released shortly after this video. burn tick damage now scales with flamecharm and is resisted by armor. i think this update is what may have caused this.
im almost positive it makes it so light weapons get more parry stun they they should, because the weapon itself has weight but weight of weapon effects parry trades weapon with high weight parry weapon with low weight gives the person they parried more parry stun since parrying dagger gives more weight than light weapons usually have i think it gives more parry stun when it’s only intended function is to give you more posture back on parry

Depending on the method used to keep time, this could lead to small inaccuracies that end up being noticeable (since old methods of wait()ing on roblox have slight error to them)

Hey so you should look into how being set on fire by multiple sources works I know that if you have agitating spark and flame within you can have flame within on and use a mantra on something which will spread fire to you so even if agitating turns off you still have to roll the flames
I doubt that would make any difference. While there are talents proc flame, its basically been shown (to an extent) burn damage from flamecharm is the exact same every time. unless its a path or literally azure flames. along with the fact that there is no real way to BUFF the burn damage of flamecharm Discovery of fire would probably do just that. proc normal fire.

Do you know if flame wisp healing scales off of burn damage dealt? If they ever fix burn ignoring fire resistance, I was thinking of running a maximum fire resistance setup with flame within + flame wisp for enhanced regeneration.
flame wisp absorbs 20% of your burn damage (meaning you will do 20% less burn damage) and heals you for that damage, HOWEVER it has some weird interactions like it'll randomly stop working when other times it won't and it also doesn't seem to take into account damage reduction like reinforce

can you do a study on give and take/canor? for a long time I've been confused about it. give and take a 10% damage reduction from allies and you do 10% less damage TO allies, but I wonder if canor is the same reduction, if canor + give and take stack, and if 2 allies have give and take they stack. by the last one I mean, if 2 people have give and take, one should do less damage and the other should TAKE less damage, so is that true? you can also test with canor + give and take hitting a canor + give and take to see if it just does abysmal damage to allies.
While not deserving of a full video you could definitely make a video on Lock n' load and One in the chamber for 1h pistols, since they are a bit deceptive compared to the card text. Love the videos though deepwoken is very lacking in this genre of video

Can knocked entities be killed with black fire generated from shadowcast mantras (as in, will they even ignite if the target is already knocked)? Also, how does twisted puppets affect flame wisp healing? For shadow mantra burn, is it just half the strength of normal fire healing?

They reverted the fire resistance thing because it was bad. So it is intended that flame goes through armor

it doesn't because burn itself doesn't do damage on application, you can see this with agitating spark where it only damages you after 1 tick
