I usually do the outline after finishing colouring, to not accidentally colour over the outline and making it look untidy

Other RUclipsr says if you’re blending. With other colors make sure it’s still wet. And this one says do it when it’s dry… so I don’t know what to believe on now… please help.

It all depends. If you want to create a gradient mix between the colors. Then blend them while wet but if you want to share without the colors blending together then wait until they are dry.

Fill in first then do the outline. Also dont use posca's here in the Netherlands i can get 5 markers wich are the exact posca quality for the same price as 1 posca marker. And it actually comes filled unlike posca's
