Here's a step by step guide on what to do! 1. Don't be a jerk, 2. Don't grief people, 3. Work together at breaking the chains and 4. Run as fast as you can and get to safety before the box opens! 😅
That's what I've been doing for the past hour. Just vibing with people and helping with the chain
@@nibroc06 nice, I honestly love it whenever people stop fighting and actually help others during events like this! But there is always that One person who lets the intrusive thoughts take the wheel in their brain and griefs everyone else

You didn't miss it, the hand is still there
It's spawns in every match. It'll be just another cool site on the map that you can't break. It shows that it's taking damage but even if everyone tries to break it the match ends long before it. I'm guessing the hand will do something once the season starts to end.

Been there 4 times now in solo BR. Not going back. It can hang there forever. Some jerk will always show up and kill everyone.

Agreed. I’m pretty sure most people saw the health bar and just didn’t wanna put the effort in. I tried to break it for seven games saw how many people were gradually giving up on breaking the box. It was such a sad sight honestly.

Exactly. When I was looking for loot to shoot down Pandora’s Box, some douchebag came, crouched up and down (international sign of friendliness btw) but when I went to go look for more loot, he killed me. That’s like the most dickhead thing you could do in gaming.

I'm hopping the business turret will do a decent job, shooting at it but apparently it won't recognise those chains as a threat. I tried to deploy it on top of the box, beneath the hanging chains. LMAO 😅😂

This gives me nostalgia to the ch 1 events when there werent any special gamemodes and we had to trust the other players while watching the events

I actually really enjoyed this event due to how simple it was and the fact most "not all" people did not fight and enjoyed the event and not focus on kills. also even people did not fight after the event just to break the chains.

I was lucky enough to catch the live event an hour before I had to leave for work. It was so nice finally witnessing a live event in fortnite for the first time for me. ❤️
You can deal 10 000 damage with Shockwaves !!! Tutorials are on YT I think
Guess that'll get patched soon then. I wondered how much damage one of the grapple blades you can buy from Odyssey would do too.

I was just playing with my friends earlier before I had to hop off and get ready for work, I watched as he broke the first chain on the chest
I nearly died twice while trying to spectate the event. Might do it was brutally one pumped and I took on 3 other duos at 10 HP. We built in my opinion the best view, and I’m glad I still got to see it!
I didn’t see any big RUclipsrs discuss the glitch that happened where a lot of us didn’t get to see anything. No cracks, no hand, nothing. Loaded up the next game and it was over and out. Lmao I have it recorded on my page.

The community event back in season 8 was so fun, happy something like it is back.
I missed the hand starting to emerge because I thought I can sneak in some quests, and the long black screen from TR respawning covered my veiw (If it wasn't for the long-ish black screen, which was a bit longer than usual due to the amount of people on the game to witness this, I would have gotten the perfect Arial veiw of the event). I'm surprised how people only started to kill eachother after everyone went after the box for about a good minute

When I witnessed this with my friends there were a lot of people. We tried to stay away from them but they were mean and kept shooting at us. Luckily we saw the event and the people who were attacking us got eliminated by the hand.

I tried to participate as my 2nd event and a lot of players were mean. They elim me. One Gojo tried to throw me from a platform in the build mode. I feel bad since I thought we could work as one and they were only thinking in their number of kills.

The game I played right after the hand coming up round, the box was open on the ground. Not sure if it was a glitch. The round right after it was back up again. It was odd.
