Almost a week down of listening to only this for thirty days. The amount of relief I feel already is incredible. I’m more patient than before and react with more positive energy and tone of voice.
I came home from the hospital yesterday it was a traumatic night. I am sick and awaiting surgerys ..I'm fading alot I'm only 46 and a mother and have a wonderful partner. I need something calming as right now we are surrounded by appointments and uncertainty. My partner also has a relationship high exam Friday that he's been studying for despite looking after me and working a full time construction job . We are tired ,depressed and scared and I'm releasing this tonight and handing over my worrys to the universe ...i trust you and I believe I can walk amongst the well again please guide me ❤

Right before opening RUclips struggling to sleep in my bed. Before go to sleep watched Para Olympics on Tv. Feeling proud of all people who won the awards and others. Than I wrote my notes about how I am gratefully today. I was thinking about my future very deep. I am imagining myself became blogger, sport girl, yoga teacher…. carpenter, art teacher, ceramic artist. Because deep inside those dreams was hidden so long. From Tomorrow I will do my best for my dreams. Thankful about the my past. If my past life was not there I never learn from that and impossible can not imagining about my future so brighter. Currently withdrawing from nicotine, been having bad anxiety and heart palpitations ever since I stopped, I went to 2 hospitals both said I’m fine and that it’s normal, but I’ve never had anxiety or heart racing moments like this while I’m laying down. Can’t sleep right wake up back to back, if you are reading this never do nicotine if you haven’t already.
Just from the symptoms alone, it sounds like a panic attack. But it’s terrifying to know that quitting nicotine can induce panic attack symptoms. Thank you for warning others. I hope you get better. Have you tried seeing a psychiatrist? They might have something to take just short term to help. But I don’t know how else to help.
You can do it!!! I’m counting 9 months without smoking and Trust me it’s the best feeling ever. There are meds for relaxing palpitations, talk to your healthcare provider about these options….. I’m rooting for you ❤❤

I’ve just had a hard panic attack. It’s like a reminiscence from the past, when I felt myself in real danger for two years. At that time I was shaking of fear and didn’t pay attention to it. Now I know it’s just like a ghost of the past, but every time I have a PA I turn on healing music, sing OM mantra and breath despite how difficult it may be to find breath while shaking. Praying for the world to be safe and cured. Believe that music heals. Wishing you all the best.

I’ve never felt this hopeless in my life. Financially weighed down. I loss my job and relationship within a month.The things I would say or do that would break us up. I was blind too. He thought I was doing these things on purpose. Or Just not wanting to own my part. clueless and unaware of my action. and I was hit with clarity on my part. And it’s hit me hard. I am lost, empty, unsettled, just a shell of a person. I thought I was further along with self-care. Can’t move to do anything paralyzed. And I have a job. I have to move.
For me, I'm gonna wake up tomorrow morning, get some exercise, and cherish life for the amazing blessing that it is. I hope you do the same and have an amazing day as well! Stay safe and stay relaxed

I came home from the hospital yesterday it was a traumatic night. I am sick and awaiting surgerys ..I'm fading alot I'm only 46 and a mother and have a wonderful partner.
I need something calming as right now we are surrounded by appointments and uncertainty. My partner also has a relationship high exam Friday that he's been studying for despite looking after me and working a full time construction job .
We are tired ,depressed and scared and I'm releasing this tonight and handing over my worrys to the universe ...i trust you and I believe I can walk amongst the well again please guide me ❤

Right before opening RUclips struggling to sleep in my bed. Before go to sleep watched Para Olympics on Tv. Feeling proud of all people who won the awards and others. Than I wrote my notes about how I am gratefully today. I was thinking about my future very deep. I am imagining myself became blogger, sport girl, yoga teacher…. carpenter, art teacher, ceramic artist. Because deep inside those dreams was hidden so long. From Tomorrow I will do my best for my dreams. Thankful about the my past. If my past life was not there I never learn from that and impossible can not imagining about my future so brighter. So I did it. My healing process was finally over.
I am ready for my Future.

Currently withdrawing from nicotine, been having bad anxiety and heart palpitations ever since I stopped, I went to 2 hospitals both said I’m fine and that it’s normal, but I’ve never had anxiety or heart racing moments like this while I’m laying down. Can’t sleep right wake up back to back, if you are reading this never do nicotine if you haven’t already.

Just from the symptoms alone, it sounds like a panic attack. But it’s terrifying to know that quitting nicotine can induce panic attack symptoms. Thank you for warning others. I hope you get better. Have you tried seeing a psychiatrist? They might have something to take just short term to help. But I don’t know how else to help.
You can do it!!! I’m counting 9 months without smoking and Trust me it’s the best feeling ever. There are meds for relaxing palpitations, talk to your healthcare provider about these options….. I’m rooting for you ❤❤

I’ve just had a hard panic attack. It’s like a reminiscence from the past, when I felt myself in real danger for two years. At that time I was shaking of fear and didn’t pay attention to it. Now I know it’s just like a ghost of the past, but every time I have a PA I turn on healing music, sing OM mantra and breath despite how difficult it may be to find breath while shaking. Praying for the world to be safe and cured. Believe that music heals. Wishing you all the best.

Solo quiero que Dios me ayude a superar todos mis traumas y ser mejor persona. Solo el sabe todos mis sueños y lo que me esfuerzo diario para lograrlos y hacer sentir orgullosos a mis seres queridos. Solo el sabe cuánto deseo que cure mi alma de todo pesar y rencor, solo el sabe cuánto deseo ser feliz. No soy una mala persona, quiero lograr todas mis metas y ser alguien respetado en la vida. Quiero que todas mis luchas hayan valido la pena y que nunca me suelte de su mano. Hay sacrificios que hago y que solo Dios y yo sabemos. Con esta melodía apenas puedo conciliar el sueño y hacer un flashback de todas mis vivencias. Me hace reflexionar y seguir adelante.

I’ve never felt this hopeless in my life. Financially weighed down. I loss my job and relationship within a month.The things I would say or do that would break us up. I was blind too. He thought I was doing these things on purpose. Or Just not wanting to own my part. clueless and unaware of my action. and I was hit with clarity on my part. And it’s hit me hard. I am lost, empty, unsettled, just a shell of a person. I thought I was further along with self-care. Can’t move to do anything paralyzed. And I have a job. I have to move.
For me, I'm gonna wake up tomorrow morning, get some exercise, and cherish life for the amazing blessing that it is. I hope you do the same and have an amazing day as well! Stay safe and stay relaxed

Financial, emotional, health issues, trauma; stress, LIFE gets heavy. I am searching for physical healing and health miracles myself. Please be kind and love those who love you. Forgive those who have hurt you deep inside. You don’t have to accept them into your life again, but forgive for your own heart. Bc it brings us pain. Trust me I know. Everyone seems to suffer from something. I pray each and every person here is granted healing and blessings for 2025! In Jesus name. We all deserve healing, peace and Love.
