How do we know if the eye bags are fat or fluid ?

Fluid can be determined if the swelling comes and goes, where as eye bags are consistent. Hope this helps :)

She doesn't even look red usually when you do CO2 laser the healing process is long! So strange there isn't an ounce of redness....I know this because I worked for a Plastic Surgeon for 3 years her skin honestly does NOT look resurfaced! If it was resurfaced it should have had a different texture!
