Sir which protein powder is best for my daughter she is 5 years

Hey Doctor, I just subscribed to your channel and I think your videos are really nicely explained. I have a daughter who is 21 months old and is born in New Zealand. The first time we visited India was in December of last year, and sadly the cow milk made her very ill. I tried other milks, but she was unable to digest them. I'm thinking about skipping the milk this time when I travel to India. Is it okay to skip the milk for a month? I also tried to give her NZ made cow milk formula in India, but perhaps it wasn't digested because of the water.

I have just now watched this video this is very helpful I used to give my baby 4 small meals a day and never forced him to eat he is actually a food lover at least for now and hope he continues to be the one. I will now include the smoothies also let give it a try. Thanks a lot doc.

Hiii....mera baby Premature born hua tha...uska birth weight 1300 gms tha...ab wo 5th month complete kar chuka hai...aur uska weight 5.3 kg hai...lekin wo pure din me sirf 700 ml hi formula milk leta hai..aur 1 time me sirf 90 ml hi leta to kya bhot kam hai aur uska weight thick hai ya bhot kam hai

Mera baby 3 year 2 month old hai. 2019 may me birth hua tha uske baad uska weight 3.1 kg tha. Lekin abhi uska weight 11.7 kg ho gaya hai.. lekin baby bhaut active hai.. khana proper khata hai. Lekin uske baad bhi weight proper increase ni ho raha . kya aap bata sakte hai yeh normal weight hai ?

Sir mera beta 3 yrs hai uski diet bhi achi hai aur uska weight 12 kg hai ( birth weight 3.5 kg) aur jaise ki apne bataya ki 3 hrs tak unko activities karni chaiye but mera baby kabhi kabhi subh 10 se raat k 10 baje tak (khane k liye 10-15 min k liye rukta hai) khelna pasand karta hai. kabhi kabhi 1 hr k liye need le lata hai use indoor activities games bilkul pasand nahi hai. bahut jyada naughty hai. Uske age wale bacho k saath khelta hai but jumping, running, football, hockey, rolling,skipping etc unse jyada fast karta hai but mujhe uska mind 15 min k liye study me lagana hai hum uske k liye study karne baith jate hai but wo 5 min se jyada ek jagh nahi baitha
Don't worry, you just need to be a bit Strick and persistent. The habits will not change in a day but needs weeks to months to improve. So persistence and consistency is the key.

Docter I need help....me aaj doctor k pass gayi bcoz my baby was doing vomiting curd type in large amount from 2 days ...he is 3 month old....he suggested to give water how much he can drink according to his weight...nd medicine 2 he had given ..my baby is getting frustrated nd he has gas to much in his stomach...I had tummy time 2 ..but again he vomited docter gave me medicine for vomiting
