Update on the Indian Economy - July 2024

This is our regular update on the Indian. Like we usually do, in this update discusses key economic developments, in Inflation and Interest rates, on Urban and rural demand and factors affecting them.
We also look at the updated estimates of GDP and outlook for the future. We have also looked this time at Import and Exports, the falling current account deficit, Foreign Exchange reserves and exchange rates.
We have also looked at IIP data and usually we also look at MPC committee and PMI Index and host of High frequency data, every alternate. We will look at these two in depth at the end of August.
We will also start our coverage of the Budget and the Economic Survey in the next 2-3 days. Like last year, we may do about 6-8 videos on these two topics.
