Great information. I am very new and it seems to be harder to find information on general notary than other areas. I have really had to search and ask questions. Example (my understanding is better now) notarizing ans then needing to add notary certificates and when do the need to know the information of the document being truthful or just id-ing and witnessing the signing. I do over analyze at times.
Good morning ! I have been catching up on your videos ( old&new) and was wondering if you have discussed roles of a witness supplied by a notary? For example, the signing company is requesting a Notary to supply a witness for a seller closing in which the notary does not count as a witness. Can the Notary enlists anyone they know to act as a witness for the signing as long as they have valid id? Also, what is the responsibility for the person selected when acting as a witness for the Notary? Thank you in advance for your response if you see this question. 🖋️
