If we're talking about current versions of the manga (Kawaki & Boruto) Then it easily goes to Kawaki having more of everything due to Sukunahikona and the fact that he now has his Karma that he can actually control unlike Boruto. Now with Momoshiki's defeat it's safe to say that we won't be seeing a lot more of Karma Boruto meaning that right now even Boruto with his Karma is no match for Kawaki due to his Karma & Isshiki's powers (Sukunahikona) In short form: Kawaki easily slams Boruto

It’s not a matter of how close naruto comes to kakashi I’m power it’s the fact that Kakashi is capable of counter itachi with his abilities. And let’s not forget kakashi was able to interrupt itachis Genjutsu. Kakashi wins 8/10 times with mid difficulty.
Momoshiki fused with Kinshiki and he fought drained Naruto and Sasuke and still lost pretty handily. Meanwhile Jigen fought both of them at full power and beat them easily. Now Current Naruto with sm easily beats pain. Naruto could react to one of Kawaki's attacks on Boruto and those attacks are attacks way more powerful than anything Pain or any of the Akatsuki could ever hope of stopping. It also wouldn't be consistent for Naruto to be as weak as Shippuden characters just because he lost Kurama. He still has feats in base without using Kuramas chakra that can easily put him far above non six paths level characters.
