I work private security and I wear the Condor Vanquish RS Plate Carrier and it works great. I have Lvl 3 SAPI plates in it and it's held up perfectly fine even though I've fallen of off fences and onto gravel a few times with it on. I don't know how well their products will hold up to the environment of military combat but if you're private security or a law enforcement than Condor Outdoor is more than sufficient quality to do the job.

I like how he is talking like real steel shooters are their customer demographic and not airsofters.

But they are. I've spoken to many people who have been in the military and they swear by Condor gear as being way more affordable than Crye or Blackhawk, and perfectly adequate for the tasks at hand. Airsofters buy it for that reason.
It is affordable, but that doesn't mean it's airsoft-quality knock-off of tactical gear that will start ruining itself if you push it into tactical roles.
I know people who play airsoft with Crye gear because they're that rich and they wanna be the cool kids with the gucci gear, but most of us don't have that budget and/or find it wasteful.

I'm retired Army and work private security, I am on a serious budget and use a condor plate carrier with my old sapi plates. Yes it was cheap... but have been using it every night for three years working cheap motels in a bad part of town where police have been de funded.... it works and has held up better than my old Army gear!

Brand new Crye Precision JPC 2.0 goes for about $260 on Crye’s website. Can get a used one for even cheaper.
