I resigned and joined an AMC and I m happy with this job and earnings is good by the way earnings is secondary part
Kitne v paise chaap lo any one of this world will earn more or less than u
In the current situation govt job is worse and salary is also worse
Yes it is true that initial salary in Pvt sector is very unless u r not from iit iim
But with this bank salary u r not able to buy a house in tier 2 3 city
Aur aap iss salary ki sath 40 50 lakh ki loan le rahe ho toh u dont know how to manage money
Yeh ch** will make videos for one or 2 years and saal main 5 baar salary slip dalenge

Sir, now that you're already a RRB PO, what's the process of shifting to IBPS PO. Say, you've worked for 2 to 3 months, now that you're switching to IBPS PO, do you need to pay the bond amount or what?

Correct,
On the time of your DV in RRB PO , you'll be given a format of A BOND, which will say "If you Leave the organisation before completing 2 years in the said organisation, you'll be liable to pay the organisation a total of ₹1,50,000."
And to even put more pressure on you , there is another BOND which will mention about the NOTICE PERIOD of 1 month, so that if you leave in an urgency you'll need to pay them you're 1 month GROSS salary too.
VERY VERY CHEAP thing to do to your EMPLOYEES @MPGB 👎🏼

But listen to mine one, They asked me to upload all 3 years marksheets of my college, but mistakenly, I uploaded only 1 (3 times) .
Still, I got the Job, so don't worry. 👍
But for sure I informed them on the IBPS Helpline number, you should do it too 📞

or jo unne form diya tha interview k time usme thumb impression ki jgh signature krdiye and vice versa.
Even after all these mistakes, I am a RRB PO now

I am from odisha and exam centre me ek extra alphabet lag gaya tha ek student ka name me application form me..toh uska id aur admit card ka name match nahi hua aur usko exam dene hi nahi diya.... Aur unhone bola ki baki sab adjust kr denge phto wagera marksheet wagera but name me koi problem nahi hona chahiye.. But i would suggest ki app aur logo se thoda discuss kr lo.. Aut ho sakta he ki rrb he state wise exam hota he toh apke state me chal jayega

Marks me provlme hone se chalta he.... Mera ek frnd ka lic asst me hogayatha but usne apne% mark galat dala tha... Toh kuch prblm nahi hue job mil gayi.. But name ka issue he toh i think apko thoda aur logo se puchna chahiye

But I actually studied seriously for 9-10 months
2-3 months got wasted due to a bad decision called "MAHENDRA's" 😒
