I would be really interested in seeing a video about mental health, particularly being more comfortable with being alone and not having plans as you mentioned. I got very down last year when plans were cancelled or I didn't have plans with other people, but I think lockdown has changed that perspective a bit. The pressure to always be 'having a life,' especially at uni, is definitely something we should talk about more x

lydiaaa can you maybe talk a little bit about Leeds? Like the city itself. Maybe show us around too. You know cities play a major role in the selection process and I would actually feel comfortable living there. My firm is in London but my insurance would be Leeds.

If your back hurt because of doing deadlift you are doing something wrong. Try using your legs more in the movement and concentrate on leg drive during deadlift. Don't think of it as a back exercise. It is just advise from my experience. Btw love your content❤

Semester 1’s online for Leeds, I think they’re hoping to have face to face teaching for semester 2. Most lectures will be taught online unless they are small seminars or labs. Hope this helped a little x
