As a physical therapist and tpi certified these are awesome exercises honestly all you need after getting motor patterns in place as in proper glute, core activation, pelvic awareness just go out and start ripping it.
Lots of channels focused on how to swing... Great to see someone helping us with golf fitness!!! Will definitely start adding to my workout routine!!! Thank you...
Jeff you do a fabulous job!! I use pulleys alot at the gym and mainly using your methods. One of the things that I add alot are doing these movements standing on 1 leg while still trying to keep stable. I find it's really beneficial for balance and working the core. I'm just wondering what your opinion might be on doing these excersises. Thanks, Robert S.
Robert. Excellent question. We used this as a Q&A on our most recent podcast, which will be released later this week on episode 271. You can find the podcast on iTunes (and other podcast platforms) or you can simply find it at 18STRONG.com. Thanks for the question.
Of course. It's a matter of balancing out all of the right movements and preparing the body the best we can for the stresses of the swing (and life in general).

I have been using the Paloff press with bands. Is the band or cable machine better?
Don’t forget train rotational force production. Lots of anti-rotation drills can make you stiff, robotic, less fluid.
