What if the employer denies to give any such document? Also would like to know what if I would want to change my primary job in future post joining TA? Knock knees are anyways not allowed. Eyesight required is 6/6, but if a candidate has a certain degree of variation then also it's acceptable, Totally depends upon how critical it is. But there is a relaxation. Colorblindness should not be there and a person should not be severely myopic. Thanks!

Also if u can tell about time management. How one is supposed to undergo training of 9 months if he is employed some where else. Also will the one get NOC from his employer? Is Employer bound to give NOC?
It's not a 9 months training. It's initial one month training in the Unit. Then 2 months ATC every year for part time officer after which you fall back to your civil job. If full timer then same alongside your regular service. 3 months Post Commission training in IMA has to be completed within first 2 yrs of service for both part-time and full-time officers. YOs is something which comes after completion of IMA for duration of 4 months. Thanks!

Sorry, but you have entered it wrong, the NCC in the option is a service, not the college one.

Most employers wouldn't give the NOC to go ahead. Written test is quite difficult too.

It's the employers prerogative to give NOC. He is not bound to give it.
